However, we understand that sometimes, adjustments may be needed. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

• We encourage you to review all product details — including size, color, material, and dimensions — before completing your purchase.

• Our products are woven, and minor variations in texture, weave, or tone are natural characteristics of cotton textiles and not considered defects.

• We’re deeply committed to sustainability — from responsibly sourced cotton to eco-friendly, recyclable packaging that minimizes waste.

• All our products are made in India, supporting skilled Indian artisans and local textile craftsmanship.

Exchange & Return Eligibility

Product Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The product arrived in a different color or variant than ordered.

To qualify:

• You must inform us via email or direct message within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• It must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

• Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

Please note:
We do not offer exchanges for size or variant preferences, as our woven home and bath products are made to standard dimensions with slight artisanal variation.

Returns & Cancellations

• We do not offer returns or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

• All sales are final, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds are not applicable; however, store credit may be issued for approved exchanges.

Change of Mind

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

• Change of mind or personal color preference.

• Minor variations in texture, tone, or weave due to natural cotton characteristics, lighting, or screen differences.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Kitchen & Table Linens (dish cloths, napkins, pot mats)

• Made-to-Order or customized furnishings

• Products purchased during Sale or Promotional Offers

All sales on these products are final.

Refunds & Store Credit

• We do not issue cash refunds.

• Approved exchanges will receive store credit equal to the value of the original item, valid for 90 days from issuance.

• Store credit cannot be converted to cash and must be used in a single transaction.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

• Pickup is not arranged by Amaré Living. Customers are required to self-ship the product back to our warehouse for all exchanges or approved returns.

• Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are non-refundable and borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Process

1. Raise a Request:
   Email us at info@amareliving.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, product photos, and reason for exchange.

2. Approval:
   Our team will verify your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Self-Ship the Product:
   Once approved, you’ll be provided with the return address. Please self-courier the item securely packaged in its original form.

4. Processing:
   Upon inspection, we’ll issue your replacement or store credit within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please share clear photos/videos of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for exchange or credit.
